    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of 5–8 Field Assistants across assigned districts.
    • Develop and execute field strategies for farmer enrolment, feedstock collection, and program expansion.
    • Set and monitor field KPIs, ensuring operational quality, compliance, and timely targets.
    • Build and strengthen a network of lead farmers through recruitment, training, and engagement.
    • Drive implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) across key crops including Paddy, Cotton, Maize, and Chili.
    • Develop territory-specific strategies based on crop patterns, farmer needs, and market conditions.
    • Build strong relationships with farmers, village leaders, agricultural institutions, government bodies, banks, and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with agronomy, procurement, and head-office teams for smooth program execution.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate field teams while conducting regular performance reviews.
    • Analyze farmer, yield, and operational data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for program improvement and expansion.

    Educational Qualification

    • M.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent postgraduate degree
    • Specialization in Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, Crop Production, or Agricultural Business Management
    • Additional certifications in project management or agribusiness preferred
